A special thank you to everyone for your amazing support of the What’s On Burdekin proof of concept.
This website will be closed while we refine the service and continue to research and include additional events and activities.
What an amazing success it has been, proving that there is a huge demand for an accurate and easy-to-use, centralised hub of information about local clubs and organisations.
With the help of some of the Burdekin organisations and groups, we were able to publicise an average of 221 fact-checked activities per month.
We anticipate that once the system is fully live, there will be up to 1,000 activities per month.
Who could have imagined that so much was going on in the Burdekin Shire?
